How do I sign in to Chauffeur Pro? (the 8-digit code)

Sign in by email

1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address.
2. You get an 8-digit code by email.
3. Type it into the field on the screen, and you're in.

The code isn't tied to the device that reads the email. You can ask for it on your laptop, open the email on your phone while you wait for a pickup at the airport, then type the code on the laptop.

Sign in with Google or Apple

You can also use Google or Apple, one tap and no code. Both options sit at the top of the sign-in screen.

I didn't get my code

It usually lands within seconds. If nothing comes:

1. Look in your spam (junk) folder, and in the "Promotions" tab if you're on Gmail.
2. Re-read the address you typed. One extra letter and the code goes to someone else.
3. Request a new code. There's a short wait before you can ask again, and the screen tells you how long.
4. If the code has expired or is wrong, a message says so and you can request another.
5. Still nothing? Sign in with Google or Apple for now, or write to support.
