How do I edit my site's content and design?

It happens in two places: the Profile page for everything you write (contact details, services, prices, photos), and the editor for the look. Everything saves on its own, including from your phone.

Updated 5 September 2026

This is the question we get most. The rule fits on one line: what a passenger reads is typed on Profile, and how it looks is chosen in the editor. Each fact is written once, then updates everywhere it shows up: your site, your QR code, your printed cards and your shareable images.

Profile: everything you write

Open Profile from the app menu. The page has five blocks, in the order you would naturally fill in a profile:

  1. You: your photo, your cover image, first and last name, your introduction, your languages.
  2. Contact: phone, email, and the buttons your site shows.
  3. Car, hours and city: your vehicle, your availability, the city you work in.
  4. Services and prices: what you offer, with a description and a price for each one.
  5. Gallery: your extra photos.

Once the essentials of a block are in, it shows a Complete tick. At the top of the page, one line tells you what is still missing (one thing at a time) and takes you there in a tap. No percentage to push up, just the next step.

Your contact buttons

In the Contact block, each channel has its own switch: Call, SMS, WhatsApp and Email.

  • Switching a channel off removes the button from your site, but your number stays saved. Going away for a week? Switch calls off, and when you're back, switch them on again with nothing to retype.
  • A channel that is on but empty shows nothing at all.
  • ⚠️ To publish, you need at least one button switched on with its value filled in. Without it your page would give people no way to reach you, and nobody could book. If you switch off the last one, publishing warns you.

Your services and prices

Each service can take a short description and a price. You can also create your own services and reorder the list by dragging it: the order you see is the order on your site.

The price is free text. Write it the way you would say it to a client, in whichever currency you like: "from £45", "£95/hr · 3 hr min", or "On request" for a full day at someone's disposal. Chauffeur Pro shows it exactly as you typed it. Leave it empty and nothing takes its place (no dash, no symbol).

The editor: how your site looks

The editor opens full screen, with a preview that follows every change live. The top bar holds the phone/desktop preview, undo/redo, the save state and the Publish button.

The editor takes no text, no photo and no price. When a section shows a fact, it points you back to the Profile block that holds it. Here you set the shape:

  • Your sections: add them, remove them, change their order. A removed section can come back later, and what you had put in it is still there.
  • The arrangement of each section, shown as small diagrams, with its display options.
  • The overall look: accent colour, light or dark mood, lettering, corner rounding, spacing, and the template.

Changing template gives you a new look without deleting a single word you wrote. There is also an option to reset the look and leave your content alone. And the settings have limits: contrast always stays high enough, so you can't make unreadable text by accident.

From a phone

All of it works on a phone, which is handy while you wait at arrivals. On a small screen, editing takes the full width and the preview opens full screen.

Saving

There is no Save button, on Profile or in the editor. Your changes are saved shortly after you stop typing. The editor shows where it stands (saving, saved, failed) and offers to retry if something sticks. Undo / Redo covers the changes from your session.
