What do my numbers mean (scans, views, contacts)?

Your Home shows views of your page, taps on your contact button and scans of your QR, so you can tell whether sharing your site is bringing you passengers.

Updated 3 August 2026

The three numbers

  • Views: how many times your public page was opened. One page load, one view.
  • Contacts: how many times someone tapped your contact button ("Book a ride"). Each tap counts as 1.
  • Scans: how many times your QR code was scanned, whether it sits on the headrest or on a card you left at a hotel front desk.

How to read them

These are raw counters. Every event is counted as it comes, with no filtering and no de-duplication, so a passenger who opens your page three times before booking counts three times.

Your own visits aren't counted. When you look at your site while signed in, your numbers don't move (check your page as often as you like).

No passenger personal data is collected: these are plain totals.

Where to find them

On your Home, beside your site card. If the site was just published and nobody has opened it yet, you'll see zeros. That's normal, nothing is broken: the counters start once the site is published and you begin sharing it.

Putting them to work

  • Lots of scans, few contacts: check that your contact button is in place and your number is up to date.
  • Few scans: the QR probably isn't visible enough. Put it on screen during the ride, use the free sharing kit, add your link to your email signature.
